New Reg started trading in 1989 and was incorporated as a UK limited company in 1996.

NewReg.com became the first purveyor of personalised registrations to list millions of combinations online, giving the public access to previously unissued government stock and private plates owned by traders and the UK public. Thanks to our loyal clients, New Reg was highlighted by the BBC Top Gear programme as one of the industry pioneers.

Today, many of those people that were employed as New Reg was incorporated, are still employed by the business; ensuring that our loyal and valued clients benefit from decades of industry experience.

More recently, New Reg Limited launched Car.co.uk with the objective of adding a wider range of automotive services over the coming years to the public and to traders. We pride ourselves in being innovative and look forward to serving our clients for many more years to come.
