Issued and Unissued Registrations
New Reg’s shipping policy varies according to various factors which may affect your order.
Please note we do not provide an international shipping service, as payment cards must be registered to the UK.
For Unissued Government Stock registrations marks (registration numbers which have never been registered before): you can choose either our transfer service, or to complete the process yourself. For our transfer service, you will receive your registration within 7-14 working days upon receipt of the requested information.
If you wish to complete the transfer yourself, registration marks will reach you within 10 working days from when we receive appropriate documentation from the DVLA.
For previously issued registration marks (registration numbers which are supplied through a third party): New Reg will complete the transfer for you. We allow 3 weeks for you to send us the correct documentation. You will receive your registration within 3-5 weeks upon receipt of the requested information.
Postage Options
We offer several postage options:
- Special Delivery - £13.95 + VAT
- Recorded Delivery - £10.95 + VAT
- Standard Delivery - £8.95 + VAT
We will use all reasonable endeavours to ensure these times are met but cannot be held responsible for despatched items delayed by third parties, for example due to COVD-19.

We will replace lost or damaged orders free of charge.
