Plate Details

PR06 ECT is a current-style registration issued in March 2006. Current style plates use a two-letter area code, a two-digit year code (06), and a three-letter random sequence. The 06 area code identifies it as originating from the Preston DVLA office, covering North West England. Under DVLA rules, this plate can be assigned to any vehicle first registered on or after March 2006 — it cannot make a vehicle appear newer than it actually is.
