Plate Details

XX02 TWO is a current-style registration issued in March 2002. Current style plates use a two-letter area code, a two-digit year code (02), and a three-letter random sequence. Under DVLA rules, this plate can be assigned to any vehicle first registered on or after March 2002 — it cannot make a vehicle appear newer than it actually is.

Investment & Value

XX02 TWO is a current-style registration. While the current format is still issued, specific combinations with strong personal associations — particularly short, meaningful initials — command significant premiums on the secondary market. Personalised number plates are a tangible, portable asset. Unlike most purchases, a desirable plate retains and can appreciate in value over time. NewReg has been trading since 1989 and can advise on valuation — call 01772 566400.
