Plate Details

EP03 ACO is a current-style registration issued in March 2003. Current style plates use a two-letter area code, a two-digit year code (03), and a three-letter random sequence. The 03 area code identifies it as originating from the Chelmsford DVLA office, covering East of England. Under DVLA rules, this plate can be assigned to any vehicle first registered on or after March 2003 — it cannot make a vehicle appear newer than it actually is.
